In the city where we live, domestic waste is generated every day. As time goes by, old domestic waste/fresh domestic waste will pile up like a mountain, which not only occupies a lot of land resources, but also causes environmental pollution. Therefore, it is an urgent task to treat and reuse old domestic waste/fresh domestic waste.

- Large processing capacity: The maximum daily processing capacity of a single dryer is 500 tons-720 tons, the evaporation capacity of a single machine is 15.5 tons/hour, and the processing is continuous operation, which can be customized according to customer needs.
- Low energy consumption: If there is high-temperature flue gas on the customer's site, it can be used directly, and there is no energy cost. If there is no high-temperature flue gas resource on the customer's site, the equipment can use the hot air furnace that comes with the equipment to burn natural gas to produce high-temperature hot air as a heat medium. Natural gas is a relatively economical energy source, so this equipment is one of the dryers with the lowest energy consumption in the world.
- High thermal efficiency: During the rotation of the multi-drum, the material is fully in contact with the hot air, reducing heat loss, and the thermal efficiency is as high as 73.6%.
- Low load of the dust removal system: The unique feeding and discharging system and sealing system reduce material blockage and return.
- High safety factor of the equipment: The dryer is placed horizontally and supported by rollers. The rollers are parallel to the drum rollers, which reduces mechanical wear and kinetic energy loss, runs smoothly, and has low noise.
- Small footprint: This equipment only occupies one-third of the floor space of similar single-drum rotary kiln equipment, and the civil engineering cost and labor cost invested are greatly reduced.
- High product quality: The moisture content of the material at the end is stable, the product appearance is uniform, and the calorific value is high.
