Steam Drying + Pyrolysis
Sep 04,2023
Development Background:
Under the general trend of replacing coal with gas, it is a general trend for gas boilers to gradually replace coal-fired boilers. However, gas boilers cannot be blended and incinerated. Therefore, without coordinated resource disposal, our company has developed and designed a steam drying + pyrolysis. It is an economical and efficient energy cycle process route and has been successful case.
Process Route Description:
The user's wet material first passes through the sludge drying section. The dried dry material (moisture content 20-25% or <20%) enters the sludge pyrolysis section, where the solid sludge is cracked in an anaerobic environment to generate a gas phase. (pyrolysis gas) and solid phase (bio-coke).
Pyrolysis gas is a combustible gas that can be directly sent to the combustion chamber for combustion. After combustion, the water vapor generated in the waste heat boiler is supplied to the dryer in the sludge drying section as a heat medium.
