Product Description
Introduction to carriage silo：
The main body of the carriage silo is a square closed steel structure. The silo is composed of a warehouse body, an entrance grille, a hydraulic carriage, a hydraulic station, an ultrasonic level meter, a deodorizing air outlet, etc. It is also equipped with steel structural parts (supporting an inspection platform , handrails, stairs, all connecting accessories, anchor bolts) and other accessories.
The steel plate thickness, inner wall anti-corrosion and wear resistance used in the silo comply with national standards, and all welds are inspected in accordance with the Class B regulations of GBll345.
Technical features：
1. Effective volume 5~600m³, can be customized according to user needs
2. Warehouse material is Q235B, bottom plate ≥12mm, side plate ≥10mm
3. Entrance grille: prevent large foreign objects from entering the warehouse
4. Hydraulic tank cover: prevent material odor from leaking out
5. Steel structure frame: sufficient strength, stiffness and stability
6. Noise: <60dB 1 meter away from the device
7. Built-in arch-breaking slide: It can effectively improve the defects of local material accumulation in the silo
8. The power of the hydraulic station is 5.5-45kW, which can be flexibly selected according to the volume of the warehouse and material characteristics.
9. The service life of the silo is not less than 20 years.
10. Equipped with deodorizing fan, discharge and conveying device (screw conveyor, screw pump, etc.)
11. Suitable for storage of materials with a moisture content of about 80%
Introduction to square cone bottom silo：
The square cone bottom silo is a square cone structure with a rectangular large-diameter outlet at the cone bottom, a support structure, a material level meter, a vibration motor, a deodorizing air outlet, etc., and is equipped with an inspection platform for convenient maintenance and safe operation. Handrails, ladders and top railings, all connecting accessories, anchor bolts and other ancillary facilities and accessories.
